  • Requests raised after this period will not be considered
  • It is the user’s responsibility to review the delivered content within this timeframe

We follow a Replacement-First Policy.

✔ Free replacement will be provided in genuine cases such as:

  • Major quality issues
  • Incomplete or missing content
